The MrBear sound is a Big salad bar mixture of ambient chillout, IDM bleeps n bloops, upbeat electro, and ....hell, i dunno, go have a listen, you tell me!!!. Mr.Bear started around 2003 ish...Back then, he wasnt doing live work, just him, in a room, with a PC and a yamaha DX7....he did his first show at the Three Tuns Hotel, in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, on a fifty quid toshiba laptop in about 2004. He has played in various punk and ska bands from around 1996 onwards, including The Write-offs (bass), The Dead Pets, (keys) and Bosseye (bass again). His most recent collaboration has been a busking duo, with his good freind Chris Smith (Captain Hotknives), known as 'Pianobong'... MOOZIX is the first full length Mr Bear album to be released.. Mr. Bear currently resides in the USA, where he is making a proper nuiscance of himself.....
